Vincent Medical Holdings Limited (“Vincent Medical” or together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”, stock code: 1612), a global respiratory medical device supplier, is pleased to announce that the Group, Smiths Medical India Private Limited and Smiths Medical Japan Ltd have recently agreed to expand the territory of the exclusive supply of InspiredTM Heat and Moisture Exchanger Filters (“HMEF”) from India to Japan.

HMEF humidifies and warms the air that goes to the lungs when someone’s normal breathing is compromised. The utilization of HMEF in operation theaters, Intensive Care Units as well as other settings aims to ensure proper humidification of inspired air and to provide a barrier to cross contamination between patients, caregivers, respiratory breathing systems, equipment and the clinical environment.
